The new FL-900 lens opens up a world of possibilities. By reducing the throw distance of our 9000 Series projectors by 60%, we’ve managed to bring Ultra-Short Throw flexibility to the Installation category.
This allows you to achieve the brightness, vivid colour and 24/7 usability of the 9000 Series in spaces that would otherwise be too small. The 9000 Series comes well equipped with an excellent range 1.70m – 2.14m of multi-projector capabilities.

Edge Blending, there are a host of features available to make your installations more exciting.

And all this is now available in tighter, more limited spaces than ever before thanks to the FL-900 lens.

EDGE BLENDING IN LIMITED SPACES
Hitachi projectors are equipped with built-in Edge Blending technology that allows multiple projectors to achieve one large, seamless image. And, with the addition of the FL-900 lens, you’re able to take advantage of this technology in even the trickiest of spaces.

WIDE RANGE OPERATIONAL TEMPERATURE FROM 0C – 60C
The FL-900 lens utilises glass optics which are less effected by heat compared to commonly used
plastic components. Allowing for installation opportunities in all kinds of naturally warm spaces, including underground train stations and outdoor areas.

LARGE SCREEN PROJECTION ON STAGES
The 9000 Series delivers exceptional brightness, vivid colours and high performance in a wide variety of environments.
With the Ultra-Short Throw capability of the FL-900 lens, you can achieve the exact same standards of projection in a fraction of the throw distance. And because the projector does not need to be installed at height, it makes inst.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE BEHIND THE SHOW WINDOW DISPLAYS
The 9000 Series and FL-900 lens allows you to deliver real impact from short range, creating eye-catching, bright high quality images from areas usually compromised by rear projection. The throw distance for a 100″ screen, for example, would only be 0.83m compared with 1.7m for a SL-901 lens.
